What I Do

Agile Project Management

Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Monitor progress, address impediments, and promote continuous improvement. Choose and implement an Agile framework such as Scrum, Kanban, or XP that best suits the project's needs. Ensure that Agile ceremonies (like sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives) are conducted effectively.

Technical Leadership and Guidance

Possess a strong understanding of the technologies, tools, and processes relevant to the project. Provide technical guidance to the development team, helping to address challenges and make informed decisions. Collaborate with technical leads to ensure that the project's technical architecture aligns with best practices and the organization's technology strategy. Also involved in Solution Architecture and implementation.

Project Planning and Scheduling

Collaborate with the team to plan and prioritize work for each iteration (sprint). Ensure user stories are well-defined, estimated, and aligned with the project's goals. Create sprint schedules, considering team capacity and commitments. Need to coordinate with the team to set sprint goals and ensure they are achievable within the designated time frame. Facilitate daily stand-up meetings to keep the team aligned, share progress, discuss roadblocks, and identify solutions. Encourage transparency and communication among team members.

Risk Management

Identify program-level risks, dependencies, and impediments that could impact the successful execution of Agile projects. Proactively address potential challenges. collaborate with teams to address issues and roadblocks using Agile problem-solving techniques. Encourage experimentation and adaptability to find innovative solutions. collaborate with technical team members to develop mitigation strategies for identified risks. Implement actions to minimize the impact of technical challenges.
